Our barn contains a total of 11 stalls including a separate 'isolation' stall. Six stalls are 12' x 14' in size, while 5 stalls are 10' x 12'.

Stalls are well-ventilated, rubber-matted and kept deeply bedded.  They are immaculately cleaned every day. 

Each stall is equipped with two water buckets, a corner feeder, salt block and holder, cross-ties, and a blanket bar. A bridle hook and saddle rack are located just outside of the stall door.

Exceptional footing in the lighted arena consists of crushed rubber nuggets mixed with washed creek sand.

There are smaller paddocks for individual turn-out and larger pastures for small groups of horses to be turned out together.

  The Arena

New customers and visitors often ask how I keep the arena footing so nice.  It's the crushed rubber and washed river sand mixture which holds moisture  longer than sand alone. 

The rubber provides an amazing cushion for hooves, tendons & joints. It's no secret when the arena is regularly dragged and conditioned, it feels like you're riding on a cloud.

Riding after dark is never a problem as the arena is fully lighted in just 2 minutes with the flip of a switch. Boarders often enjoy riding after dark in the summer, when it is cooler.
